Thank you for recording this episode! It was my first time listening to your podcast – suggested by a group of lawyer moms who are Peloton enthusiasts. After 17 years, I’m leaving my cushy in-house position as an employment attorney for a large company and opening my own firm dedicated to closing the wage gap by advancing pay equity and transparency and workplace fairness – one plaintiff at a time. It’s a scary endeavor. But, your episode couldn’t have more timely. I listened twice and took notes. Now, I’m even more committed to getting rid of these golden handcuffs and dreaming big. THANK YOU!!!
