Happy Holidays!

I hope you’re enjoying all of the magic of the season. This weekend was filled with laughter, stories, family, presents and happy nephews playing with their new toys. Oh, and peppermint bark, lots of peppermint bark.

But the holidays can also be a time of sadness. Perhaps you’re missing a loved one that has passed, is serving in the military or just won’t be visiting this year. For me, I lost my stepsister, aunt and grandfather during the month of December. Not only do I miss them during the holidays, but the anniversary of their deaths can weigh heavy on my heart.

If you’re experiencing any kind of loss or grief during this holiday season, I invite you to find a quiet space and listen to the following guided meditation. This meditation has helped me cherish memories of the past while also enjoying the present. I hope it provides you some comfort and peace as well.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and best wishes for a joyful and peaceful week!
