Creating a strategic plan for 2017
Are you ready to put 2016 behind you?
I don’t know about you but 2016 has felt like a doozy of a year for me (for many reasons). I’m ready to wrap it up and shut it down.
Bring on the fresh start of 2017!
Of course, as I shared last week, it’s important to review 2016 before we jump into the new year. If we don’t learn from our wins and losses, we can’t develop a solid game plan moving forward.
If you didn’t get a chance to complete last week’s “inventory” worksheet, you can do so here.
Having honestly reviewed what worked and what didn’t, we can now begin dreaming and planning for what we want to achieve or change in 2017.
As promised, this week I’m going to share with you a simple process to help you map out exactly what you want and achieve even your biggest goals!
I recently hosted the Life & Law Strategic Planning Online Workshop where I outlined 5 steps to developing and executing on a winning strategy.
In this 60-minute workshop, I provide worksheets and prompts to help you brainstorm your professional and personal goals and create an integrated plan focused on a clear vision, strategy, goals, projects, and tasks.
Although it’s geared towards attorneys, the basic framework applies to absolutely anyone that wants to accomplish some big things in 2017 and wants a roadmap to success!
I’d love to hear about your hopes and dreams and how you plan to implement this system in 2017!
Happy planning,
Heather
