Meet my time management guru

I’ve yet to meet a person that couldn’t benefit from improved time management skills.

The struggle is real y’all!

That’s why I’m so excited to introduce you to Cindy Sullivan.

She’s my go-to time management guru.

I’ve hired her to speak at my events and work with my mastermind clients.

Everyone loves her because she makes it super easy to diagnose and treat your time management symptoms (and she’s nice to boot).

Here’s  a little behindthescenes  look at her work with me…

I first took Cindy’s time management assessment in May  with my mastermind group.

Turns out, I was  disorganized and  holding on to too many things  instead of  delegating. I  took her advice and started getting  serious  about letting others help me.

I’m happy to report that I just took the assessment   again last week and my  score has  drastically  improved  in  just  3 months!

I’ve been able to tell a big difference in my daily life, but it was reassuring to know that Cindy agreed I was  improving.

In today’s podcast episode, Cindy shares her  easy-to-follow  Six Pillar Time Management System

We  also reveal  the surprising pillar that  many  of  my clients seem to  struggle  with the most.

Suffice it to say, if you’re a lawyer, you’re probably suffering from this malady  too.  The good news is Cindy shares with us  specific tips to combat this problem.

After listening to the podcast, if you want to take the assessment to get your exact scores, you can do so  absolutely  free.

Personally,  I think she’s crazy  for giving this away for  free  but, as  long as she is,  you should take advantage!

Here’s what I’d love for you to do if you could use some help managing your time:

(1)  Listen to the episode

(2)  Take the  free  assessment

(3) Leave a comment below letting me know  your  best and worst  pillars  and what tips from your report  you plan to test out.

I’m curious to see how everyone scores!

And if you’re curious about my results…

My strongest skill is Goals & Direction  and my weakest skill is Organization.

Most people assume I’m organized  because I can get  sh*t done (like yesterday) but it’s really because of my ability to plan, not because I’m organized…

I’m a complete mess!

That’s why  I’m tackling organization next.  The world better  watch  out if I ever get that under control 🙂

xo,

Heather

Heather! Thank you for sharing this assessment! My biggest weakness is Time Awareness (Yikes) and my strongest is organization. I’m gonna take the advice of not checking emails and texts too often and timing how long activities take.

Hey Sol! The assessment is great, right? It was totally eye-opening for me. Let me know how it goes! Awareness is the first step. Actually implementing can be more difficult. We can do this!!!
