Rest + Rejuvenation

I just got back from a quick trip to Kentucky visiting family for the holidays.

As I’m writing this email, I’ve yet to change out of my pajamas. Between baths, hot tea, and my new thick, cozy socks I got for Christmas, I’m doing my best to take it easy until the New Year.

The only thing work on my agenda is tying up some loose ends for 2018, putting some finishing touches on my plans for 2019, and prepping for my Masterminds that kick-off next month.

Whether you’re taking it easy or planning ahead, I’ve got you covered. Mix and match as you see fit 🙂

Looking to relax and destress?

Be sure to listen to my interview of Jeena Cho in Episode #97. We talk about everything from anxiety and loneliness to compassion and empathy. She even shares how you can get started practicing mindfulness in just 6 minutes a day.

Planning for the New Year?

One of my favorite activities when planning is to create a vision board. Not only will it help you set your goals, it will serve as a reminder of what you really want all year long. Listen to Episode #98 for my step-by-step instructions.

And, if you missed the Planning Extravaganza last week, I’ve got good news! We’ve pulled together all the videos and worksheets so you can go through it at your own pace.

You’ll no longer be eligible to win prizes, but you’ll still walk away with a great plan for 2019! Click HERE to register.

Looking to fast-track your results?

If you’re ready to go all-in and reach some big goals in 2019, my best advice is to invest in a Mastermind. I wasn’t able to skyrocket my success until I did so. And, I’m truly amazed at just how much my Mastermind clients accomplish when they join these elite groups.

If you’d like to join an ambitious and wicked smart group to help you with strategy, accountability, and support, be sure to fill out the interest form for my 2019 Masterminds.
